Meet the wonderful folk from Seagulls Reuse, a brilliant Kirkstall-based grassroots social enterprise,
for some mosaic-based sustainable activism!

Seagulls’ aim is to raise awareness for recycling and reusing. You may have seen their large-scale community mosaic projects around Leeds - well, now you can sign up to create a mini version yourself!

This unique craftivism workshop gives you the opportunity to create an awesome A5 mosaic plaque to help encourage you (and others!) to make positive changes for a more sustainable future. Either choose from one of our suggested messages of hope, or create your own! Favourites include Seagulls mantra; ‘There is no plan B’ and ‘All you need is less’

During the event we’ll also treat you to our hand-stretched, woodfired pizza.
Each ticket price includes all materials, pizza and your first drink from our event menu.

Once completed, the mosaics will be taken to Seagulls gallery in Kirkstall, to be displayed in a public exhibition on Saturday 25th May with participants being able to take their works home with them after the event.
