Join us at our Willow Workshops and help us to create large-scale Lanterns by volunteering at our weekly sculpture sessions in August
at Springbank Primary School in Farsley!

In these workshops you’ll be taught how to create large-scale lantern sculptures using eco-friendly willow and paper.
The lanterns will have a wonderfully wholesome theme of ‘The Jolly Postman at Christmas’ as chosen by the local schools.
Once complete they will be displayed at two spectacular Lantern Parades; one at Farsley’s Lights’ Switch On in November and the other at Santa’s Food Drive in December!
We’d love for you to donate your time to help us make this year’s parades as magical as possible!
The workshops are free to join and suitable for anyone aged 16+
(we advise that under 18s be accompanied by a guardian)
We have places for up to 15 volunteers per session.
Sign up to a morning or afternoon session or choose to make a day of it and select both!
Can’t make it for the full session? Don’t worry you can drop in and help out for as long as you’re free, just let us know in the notes at the check out when we can expect you!
